Application

Amberlite IRA-410 chloride form may be used as a column material for the purification of crude lipase obtained from Bacillus circulans and extra-cellular lipase from Bacillus licheniformis MTCC 6824 by anion-exchange chromatography. It may also be used as an ion exchange resin for the recovery of amylases from maize malt by using expanded bed chromatography.
Strongly basic (type II) anion exchange resin for water conditioning, removing iodine ions, neutralization of solutions, capturing xanthan and xanthene dyes, etc.; better regeneration efficiency than type I base resin.
