General description

The Millex®-FG/FH/FA Vacuum Line Protector is anon-sterile, non-pyrogenic filter device, manufactured of polypropylene with bi-directional filter support screens. An unlaminated, 50 mm diameter, 0.2 μm PTFE hydrophobic membrane is sealed into the unit between screen supports. The filter is designed primarily for in-line filtration of air or gases, for venting air from pressurized closed containers, the filtration of non-aqueous liquids such as HPLC solvents and as a moisture barrier between a vacuum source and the evacuated container. The Millex®-FG/FH/FA Vacuum Line Protector will withstand repeated autoclaving for at least 10 times.
