General description

The MILLIPLEX® MAP Rat Adipocyte Magnetic Bead Panel is a 7-plex kit to be used for the simultaneous quantification of any or all of the following analytes in tissue/cell lysates and culture supernatant samples: Adiponectin, IL-1β, IL-6, Leptin, MCP-1, PAI-1 Total, and TNFα.
Adiponectin, leptin, and PAI-1 are key regulators of metabolism and insulin sensitivity, while IL-1β, IL-6, TNFα, and MCP-1/CCL2 are central to adipose tissue inflammation. Together, these biomarkers provide insight into metabolic dysfunction and immune-adipocyte interactions in rat models of obesity and related disorders.
