Features and Benefits

Features:-• Targets key adipocyte-related biomarkers involved in metabolic regulation and inflammation• Includes analytes such as adiponectin, IL-6, leptin, MCP-1, PAI-1 (Total), resistin, and TNF-α• Enables multiplex analysis for efficient and simultaneous detection• Compatible with mouse serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatant samples• Suitable for metabolic, obesity, and inflammation-related researchBenefits:• Facilitates comprehensive profiling of adipose tissue function and immune signaling• Supports early detection of metabolic and inflammatory imbalances in preclinical models• Enhances understanding of obesity-related cytokine activity and insulin resistance• Provides robust data for evaluating therapeutic interventions targeting adipocyte pathways

General description

Adipocyte-related biomarkers such as adiponectin, leptin, resistin, IL-6, TNF-α, MCP-1, and PAI-1 play critical roles in regulating inflammation, insulin sensitivity, and energy metabolism. Adiponectin improves insulin responsiveness, leptin controls appetite and energy expenditure, and resistin is linked to insulin resistance and inflammatory signaling. IL-6 and TNF-α are key mediators of obesity-related inflammation, while MCP-1 and PAI-1 contribute to immune cell recruitment and metabolic dysfunction. Together, these analytes offer a comprehensive view of adipose tissue activity and its impact on metabolic health.

Obesity is a risk factor for postmenopausal breast cancer. Obesity-related inflammation upregulates aromatase expression, the rate-limiting enzyme for estrogen synthesis, in breast adipose tissue (BAT), increasing estrogen production and cancer risk. The regulation of aromatase gene (CYP19A1) in BAT is
