Target description

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the virus strain severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), a virus closely related to the SARS virus. A SARS-CoV-2 nucleoprotein antibody can be used to support the detection of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19, 2019-nCoV).

Physical form

Purified in 10mM Phosphate Buffered Saline with 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.0.

Reconstitution

Please refer to guidance on suggested starting dilutions and/or titers per application and sample type.

Storage and Stability

Short Term: 2-8°C. Long Term: -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
