Application

Detect Poliovirus 1 using this Anti-Poliovirus 1 Antibody, clone 583-G8-G2-A4 validated for use in IF.
IFA at 1:100-1:400.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

SUGGESTED IFA

PROTOCOL:

Substrate slides:

1. Scrape and spot cells onto microscope slide wells.

2. Air Dry.

3. Fix in cold acetone for 10 minutes at +4°C.

Stain:

1. Add 15 μL diluted polio antibody.

2. Incubate at +37°C for 30 minutes in a humid chamber.

3. Rinse in PBS for 5 minutes; repeat with fresh PBS.

4. Add 15 μL diluted labeled antibody.

5. Repeat steps 2 and 3

6. Mount with buffered glycerol.

Store at -20°C for up to 12 months in convenient aliquots. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
