General description

Urokinase plasminogen activator receptor-associated protein (uPARAP/Endo180/MRC2) is a member of the macrophage mannose receptor family of endocytic transmembrane glycoproteins. UPAR-Associated Protein is a membrane protein involved in matrix turnover during tissue remodeling, particularly the uptake and intracellular degradation of collagen, (Sulek, 2007).

Specificity

The antibody recognizes UPAR-Associated Protein.

Immunogen

uPAR D3-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to human UPAR-Associated Protein.

Application

Anti-UPAR-Associated Protein Antibody, clone 2.h.9:F12 is an antibody against UPAR-Associated Protein for use in WB, IH.

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blot in U937 cell lysate.

Western Blot Analysis: 0.2 µg/ml of this antibody detected UPAR-Associated Protein on 10 µg of U937 cell lysate.
