Features and Benefits

High Sensitivity Detection: Detects cytokines at picogram levels (as low as 0.11 pg/mL), ideal for low-abundance biomarkers in cell culture supernatants.Robust Data Quality: High accuracy and low variability ensure confidence in results.Pro- vs. Anti-Inflammatory Balance: Simultaneously profile TNF-α (pro-inflammatory) and IL-10 (anti-inflammatory) to evaluate immune equilibrium shifts in sepsis, autoimmune disease, or aging.Low Sample Volume Requirement: Requires only 25 µL of sample per well, preserving rare or limited-volume specimens.

General description

Cytokines are immunomodulatory polypeptides that play key roles in both adaptive and innate immune responses. One of the regulatory mechanisms of the immune system, cytokines act at the recognition, activation, or effector phases of an immune response, modulating the development and functional activities of the subtypes of T cells, B cells and myeloid cells. Consequently, research involving cytokines plays a significant role in achieving a deeper understanding of the immune system and its multi-faceted response to most antigens, especially those responses that make up the inflammatory process. Low levels of inflammation are involved in many sub-clinical disease states, such as autoimmune disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, neurological disorders, and cancer. Measuring picogram levels of cytokines, therefore, is critical for understanding the pathogenesis of these diseases.

Cardiovascular drugs and therapy (2021-11-19)
Vascular and immune dysfunction are hallmarks of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) infections and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Although our understanding of the pathogenesis of COVID-19 has rapidly evolved, much of the focus has been on the immune mechanisms

Cyclophilins (Cyps) are a family of peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerases consistently involved in cardiovascular diseases through the inflammation pathway. This study aims to investigate the serum levels of Cyps (CypA, CypB, CypC and CypD) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD)

Scientific reports, 9(1), 10576-10576 (2019-07-25)
Cyclophilins (Cyps) are ubiquitous proteins that belong to the immunophilins family consistently associated with inflammatory and cardiovascular diseases. While levels of CypA have been extensively studied, less data are available for other Cyps. The purpose of this case-control study was
