Application

A liquid medium for the preliminary, non-selective enrichment of bacteria, particularly of pathogenic Enterobacteriaceae, from meat, milk and other foods.

Preparation Note

Suspend 20g in 1 litre demineralised water. Dispense into final containers and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
