Application
A selective agar for the isolation and identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from various materials.
Preparation Note
Suspend 46g in 1 litre demineralised water. Add 10ml glycerol. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C, mix well and pour plates.
Incubate at 37°C for 48 hours
