Application
A general purpose medium suitable for the growth of a wide variety of organisms, both aerobic and anaerobic.
Preparation Note
Suspend 38g in 1 litre demineralised water. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 -50°C, mix well and pour plates.
