General description

SARS-CoV-2 Nucleoprotein (aa 1-419) Recombinant Antigen, expressed in E. coli, Cat. No. AGX812 is for use in Lateral Flow Assay.

Target description

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the virus strain severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), a virus closely related to the SARS virus. A SARS-CoV-2 nucleoprotein antigen can be used to support the detection of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19, 2019-nCoV).

Physical form

Purified protein in 10mM Phosphate Buffered Saline without preservatives, pH 7.4.

Reconstitution

Please refer to guidance on suggested starting dilutions and/or titers per application and sample type.

Storage and Stability

Stable for 1 year at -10°C to -25°C from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
