Anti-Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone Antibody detects level of Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone & has been published & validated for use in IC, IH(P).
Immunohistochemistry: 1:5,000-1:10,000 (18-24 hour incubation) on formalin, Bouin′s or Zamboni′s fixed tissue. Will react on paraffin embedded tissue.

Immunocytochemistry: 1:10,000 on fetal rat neurons.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
