General description

Pre-loaded resin for synthesis of peptide acids containing a C-terminal phenylalanine amino-acid residue by Fmoc SPPS.
This pre-loaded Wang resin is prepared using a synthesis-tested base resin, to ensure reproducibility and efficacy in SPPS. Loading of the Fmoc-amino acid is carried out under conditions to minimize enantiomerization and dipeptide formation, the values of which are provided on the COA. The lot number of the batch of Fmoc-amino acid used to prepare the resin is also provided on the COA, to provide transparency and traceability.

The qualitiy of this resin has been confirmed by the successful synthesis of the 21mer peptide related to myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (35-55), with an Fmoc-Val-Wang resin made from the same batch of base resin.
The polymer matrix is copoly (styrene - 1% DVB), 100 - 200 mesh.
