General description

Novabiochem®′s 5(6)-carboxytetramethylrhodamine (TAMRA; λem555 nm, λex580 nm) is a useful tool for preparing fluorescently-labeled peptides. It is supplied as a mixture of 5-and 6-isomers, making it cost effective for those applications which do not require a single isomer dye.
