General description

Sensitive, specific detection of GST•Tag fusion proteins
The GST•Tag Monoclonal Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG1) with high affinity for the 26-kDa glutathione-S-transferase (GST) domain from Schistosoma japonicum. This highly purified antibody is used for detection of fusion proteins containing the GST•Tag expressed with the pET-41 or pET-42 vector series or other GST-encoding vectors. The 50-µg package size provides enough purified antibody to perform 50 Western blots (10 cm × 10 cm).glutathione-S-transferase (GST) domain from Schistosoma japonicum. Synaptopodin-2 (SYNPO2) is a protein associated with the Z-disc in striated muscle cells. It interacts with α-actinin and filamin C, playing a role in Z-disc maintenance under stress by chaperone-assisted selective autophagy (CASA). In smooth muscle cells, SYNPO2 is a

Histone modifications, such as methylation and demethylation, have crucial roles in regulating chromatin structure and gene expression. Lysine-specific histone demethylases (LSDs) belong to the amine oxidase family, which is an important family of histone lysine demethylases (KDMs), and functions in

The re-replication inhibitor Geminin binds to several transcription factors including homeodomain proteins, and to members of the polycomb and the SWI/SNF complexes. Here we describe the TATA-binding protein-like factor-interacting protein (TIPT) isoform 2, as a strong binding partner of Geminin.

Calcium-regulated protein kinases are key components of intracellular signaling in plants that mediate rapid stress-induced responses to changes in the environment. To identify in vivo phosphorylation substrates of CALCIUM-DEPENDENT PROTEIN KINASE1 (CPK1), we analyzed the conditional expression of constitutively active
