General description

A reversible inhibitor of trypsin that binds to trypsin in a stoichiometric, pH-dependent manner (Kd = 500 nM at pH 7.8).
Reversible inhibitor of trypsin that binds to trypsin in a stoichiometric, reversible and pH-dependent manner (Kd = 0.5 nM at pH 7.8). Also inhibits, to a lesser degree, chymotrypsin, kallikrein, plasmin, and other serine proteases.
