General description

Full-length, recombinant, human phosphodiesterase 3B (accession no. AY459346) fused at the N-terminus to a His•Tag sequence and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. An important component of insulin and cAMP-dependent signaling. Supplied as a partially purified preparation.
