General description
A 10 mM (2 mg/591 µL) sterile-filtered solution of Y-27632 in H₂O.
Ready to use, cell culture-tested, suitable for stem cell applications. Acts as a highly potent, cell-permeable, reversible, and selective inhibitor of Rho-associated protein kinases (Ki = 140 nM for p160ROCK). Also shown to improve survival of human stem cells especially during cell culture passage and manipulation.
