General description

A dibenzofuran conjugated peptidomimetic (13-mer) that acts as an allosteric inhibitor of galectin-1 binding to cell surface glycans (IC50 = 3 µM). Shown to reduce the proliferation of endothelial cells and reduce vessel density in murine tumor models.
