Physical form

A 25 mM (5 mg/237 µL) sterile-filtered solution of Tunicamycin, Streptomyces lysosuperficus (Cat. No. 654380).in DMSO.

Reconstitution

Following initial thaw, aliquot and freeze (-70°C). Aliquots are stable for up to 6 months at -7-°C.



Aqueous solutions can be prepared from stock solutions in DMSO by diluting with H₂O at pH 8.0 to 10.0 or with appropriate buffers at pH >7.0 (preferably >8.0).
