Application

Immunoassay standard

Warning

Toxicity: Standard Handling (A)

Physical form

In 150 mM NaCl, 15 mM potassium phosphate buffer, pH 7.4.

Preparation Note

Prepared from plasma that was shown by certified tests to be nonreactive for HBsAg and for antibodies to HCV, HBc, HIV-1 and HIV-2.

Reconstitution

Following initial thaw, aliquot and freeze (-20°C).

Analysis Note

Single arc by immunoelectrophoresis against antiserum to whole human serum and human IgE
