Recognizes proteins that have been isoprenylated by farnesyltransferase of geranylgeranyltransferase at the C-A-A-X motif. Also recognizes KLH. Not suitable for immunoblotting due to the hydrophobicity of the isoprenylated motif. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the optimal working dilution.
