Monomeric and cross-linked antibody will stimulate expression of IL-2 from CD28+ cells. FACS was performed on 5x105 cultured HPB-MLT cells using anti-CD28 antibody at 5 µg/ml and FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. This antibody is also reported to work for frozen sections and immunoprecipitation. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
