General description

Suitable for nucleic acid and protein separation sequencing. Premixed solutions offer standard ratios of acrylamide to bis-acrylamide for convenience and safety. The hazard of handling powdered acrylamide is eliminated with the 40% solution in water. Reconstitute with deionized H2O to desired final percentage. Each pouch makes 1L of 10X TBE Buffer (1X = 0.089M TRIS, 0.089M Borate, 0.002M EDTA). Molecular biology grade.
