General description

Included Negative Control: Catalog # 16-240, Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Normal Mouse IgG.

Inhibits A431 cell growth. Recognizes an antigenic determinant located on the extracellular domain of the receptor.

Specificity

external domain of EGF receptor on all human cells. Competes with EGF and TGF-α for binding on human cells. Recognizes both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated human EGF receptors.

Immunogen

Human A431 membrane proteins

The goal of this study was to assess whether immunolabeled nanoparticle biomarkers are comparable to fluorescent marker imaging in measuring epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression. EGFR expression was quantified using both imaging methods in four cell lines: A431 human
Cetuximab.
