General description

Eshmuno® CP-FT is a strong cation exchange (CEX) chromatography resin built on the Eshmuno® polymer matrix with a sulfoisobutyl functional group and rigid 50 µm base beads. It delivers 70 mg/mL dynamic binding capacity, supports flow rates up to 400 cm/hr, and is caustic stable for reliable cleaning-in-place (CIP).

Application

Eshmuno® CP-FT Resin is designed to meet demandingdownstream purification requirements, combining high mass loadings withefficient impurity removal and high product recovery. It is suited for:
  • mAb aggregate separation in flow-through mode
  • Host cell protein (HCP) removal
  • Improved viral filtration efficiency throughreduced processing volumes

  • Compatible withstorage solutions containing 1% (v/v) aqueous benzyl alcohol with 150 mM NaCl
