General description

Pararosaniline (chloride) (C.I. 42500) for microscopy Certistain®, is a solid dye used to prepare the Schiff′s reagent required for the PAS reaction, for the staining of mucopolysaccharides in histological tissue specimens. The PAS (periodic acid Schiff) reaction is one of the most frequently used chemical methods for histology.
As Certistain® dye it is chemically quality-certified according to highest standards and strict specifications.
