General description
12 Glass plates 20 x 20 cm
PLC plates allow users to separate samples that vary greatly in size – from grams down to milligrams. Available with or without a fluorescence indicator, PLC plates has 2 mm thickness. They also use our same proven silica-binder technology as in analytical TLC plates. To isolate the substance by extraction, users can simply scrape the spot from the layer.
Application
- Stability indicating high performance thin layer chromatography method development and validation for quantitative determination of tetracycline hydrochloride: This paper describes the use of Silica gel 60, 2 mm TLC plates to develop a robust method for the quantitative analysis of tetracycline hydrochloride in pharmaceutical forms, enhancing drug stability and quality monitoring (Gashaw et al., 2024).
- Ecofriendly single-step HPLC and TLC methods for concurrent analysis of ternary antifungal mixture in pharmaceutical products: Highlighting the application of Silica gel 60, 2 mm plates in the simultaneous determination of antifungal agents, this research contributes to the quality control of pharmaceuticals through innovative chromatographic techniques (Abdelrahman et al., 2023).
- Simultaneous analysis of levamisole with triclabendazole in pharmaceuticals through developing TLC and HPLC-PDA chromatographic techniques: This study demonstrates the use of Silica gel 60, 2 mm plates for simultaneous drug analysis, supporting enhanced pharmaceutical analysis and regulatory compliance (Attia et al., 2023).
- Identification of variety-specific metabolites of basil by high performance thin layer chromatography-assisted metabolic profiling techniques: Utilizing Silica gel 60, 2 mm plates, this research identifies specific metabolites in basil, showcasing the plates′ utility in botanical studies and ingredient verification (Wulandari et al., 2023).
