General description

Pantothenic acid, also known as Vitamin B5, is an essential water-soluble B vitamin that is involved in the coenzyme A (CoA) synthesis. This certified reference solution is suitable for use as a starting material in preparation of linearity standards, calibrators, and controls for a variety of testing applications from diagnostic testing of pantothenic acid deficiency to quality control testing of pantothenic acid-based dietary supplements, fortified foods, or pharmaceutical preparations.
