Application
1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-dibenzocyclooctyl (16:0 DBCO PE or DPPE-DBCO) has been used in preparation of DBCO-presenting lipid bilayers. It has also been used in preparation of clickable cubosomes for antibody-free drug targeting and imaging applications.
