Application

Dox-NP(2mL vial) is suitable for use:
  • in ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectra, cryo-transmission electron microscopy (cryo-TEM) and analytical ultracentrifuge experiments
  • in transmission electron microscopy (TEM) imaging studies
  • to analyse the effect of gold nanoparticle loaded liposomes on anti-tumor and cytotoxicity properties of DOX-NP on Ehrlich tumor

Biochem/physiol Actions

Dox-NP (doxorubicin loaded nanoparticles) is a liposomal drug encapsulating doxorubicin. This encapsulation reduces the side effects of doxorubicin and increases the effective local dose.

Packaging

10 mL amber serum vial (300112S-1EA)
