General description

The combination of Monel® regulator components and proper purging with the cross-purge assembly makes these units virtually impervious to attack from strong acid forming gases that include hydrogen chloride, chlorine, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen bromide, and silicon tetrafluoride.

Cross-purge assembly eliminates the escape of toxic and flammable gases when changing cylinders and permits purging system with dry, inert gas to prevent corrosion due to gas hydrolysis.
