1. Slip polyethylene breaker/ collar over top of ampule.
2. Grip bottom of ampule with one hand and breaker/collar with other.
3. Gently snap top of ampule off.
4. Discard collar and ampule top.

Certificates of Analysis (COA)
Search for Certificates of Analysis (COA) by entering the products Lot/Batch Number. Lot and Batch Numbers can be found on a product’s label following the words ‘Lot’ or ‘Batch’.
