A capillary gas-liquid chromatographic method for determination of ethylenethiourea and prophylenethiourea in hops, beer, and grapes.
Journal of agricultural and food chemistry, 30(3), 593-596 (1982-05-01)
Food additives and contaminants, 22(3), 245-250 (2005-07-16)
A robust and sensitive method for the determination of ethylenethiourea (ETU) and iso-propylenethiourea (i-PTU) in foods is reported. ETU and i-PTU were extracted by blending with dichloromethane (DCM) in the presence of sodium sulphate, sodium carbonate, thiourea and ascorbic acid.
Archives of toxicology, 76(7), 414-422 (2002-07-12)
After repeated-dose toxicity studies with the fungicide propineb, reversible effects on muscle functions were found. Therefore, mechanistic investigations should contribute to clarification of its mode of action in relation to disulfiram and diethyldithiocarbamate neurotoxicity or direct effects on muscle cells.
Chemosphere, 68(11), 2104-2110 (2007-03-23)
A simple, rapid and sensitive GC-MS method for the determination of dithiocarbamate fungicide propineb [polymeric zinc propylenebis (dithiocarbamate)] and an improved HPLC procedure for the simultaneous determination of its main metabolite, propylenethiourea, and ethylenethiourea, the main metabolite of all ethylenedithiocarbamates
Gas-liquid chromatographic method for determining propylenthiourea in rat tissues and fluids.
Journal of chromatography, 267(2), 427-430 (1983-09-16)
