This is our bio-based replacement for N-Methyl Pyrrolidone (NMP), a highly used solvent in electronics applications. It has low acidity and water contents, with moderate drying time, and no film residue. It has a flash point over 60 ºC, with excellent solvency for coating and ink formulations. Low vapor pressure and high loading capacity. It is easy and inexpensive to distill/recycle, with no environmentally hazardous ingredients and no Hazardous Air Pollutants.

All our ElectroGreen® solvents line are derived from a renewable resource (verified through C14 ASTM D6866-16testing). This solvent blend consists of propylene carbonate 50-70%, Ethyl lactate 30-50%; ethyl 3-ethoxypropionate 20-30%.

Preparation Note

To ensure low water content, handle under inert conditions. Product should be refrigerated upon receipt.
