General description

SunTronic jettable insulator is a UV-curing, inkjet printable insulator coating, suitable for low-K dielectric applications, printed electronics and related applications.
The insulator can be jetted through various piezo DOD inkjet printheads, although full printhead compatibility will need to be verified in each case. The product can be cured using an un-doped medium pressure mercury source. If over printing the dielectric with a SunTronic jettable silver ink then a cure dose of 300 mJ/cm2 is recommended.
We are committed to bringing you Greener Alternative Products, which adhere to one or more of The 12 Principles of Greener Chemistry. This product belongs to Enabling category of greener alternatives thus aligns with "Design for energy efficency". Click here for more information.
