General description

We are committed to bringing you Greener Alternative Products, which adhere to one or more of The 12 Principles of Greener Chemistry. This product belongs to Enabling category of greener alternatives thus aligns with "Design for energy efficency". Click here for more information.

Application

Immobilization of antibodies for use in ultrasensitive electrochemical immunosensors using the abundant amine groups and a large electroconductive surface area of reduced graphene oxide-tetraethylene pentamine (rGO-TEPA).
Amount of NH2 groups: In order to estimate the amount of NH2 groups in rGO-TEPA a reaction with tetrabromophthalic anhydride was performed and the Br amount was quantified by the Schöniger flask test. The value obtained corresponds to 1.1 mmol NH2/g.

A novel and sensitive electrochemical immunosensor for ultrasensitive detection of pancreatic cancer biomarker carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) was proposed by using Au@Cu(x)OS yolk-shell nanostructures with porous shells as labels for signal amplification. Au@Cu(x)OS yolk-shell nanostructures exhibit high electrocatalytic activity toward

A novel, highly sensitive electrochemical immunoassay was proposed for the simultaneous determination of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCA) for the diagnosis of cervical cancer. Using an electrochemical analysis technique, two well-separated peaks were generated by neutral

Since its discovery little more than a decade ago,1 the two-dimensional (2D) allotrope of carbon—graphene—has been the subject of intense multidisciplinary research efforts.

Graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) are quasi-one-dimensional narrow strips of graphene comprised of sp2-hybridized carbon atoms arranged into hexagonal honeycomb lattice configurations.

Our team of scientists has experience in all areas of research including Life Science, Material Science, Chemical Synthesis, Chromatography, Analytical and many others.
