Application
CdSeS/ZnS QDs can be used in the fabrication of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). It may also be used in single dot imaging and other biological imaging. It can potentially be used as a color converting light emitter for solid state lighting applications.
These Photo and Thermostable Quantum Dot materials have comparable fluorescence and molecular kinetics across all colors. Narrow and sharp emission peaks result in less overlap of peaks when multiplexing.
General description
CdSeS/ZnS alloyed quantum dot (QD) is a quantum dot based semiconducting material that can be synthesized by mixing a CdSeS QDs solution with Zn(OAc)2 solution. Its luminescent properties make it useful in a variety of electronics and optoelectronics applications.
