Application

Used in conformal coatings, passivation agent, insulating varnish, LCD alignments, and corrosion resistant coatings.

Physical properties

Reactive, low molecular weight, soluble polymer. Undergoes imide formation at 100-150°C. Continued heating to 150°C removes residual solvent.
