  • electronically conducting copolymer films of [Ru(2,2′-bipyridine)2 (3-{pyrrol-1-ylmethyl} pyridine)Cl]+
  • electronically conductive anion exchange polymers
  • 1-methyl-3-(pyrrol-1-ylmethyl)pyridinium (MPP) iodide, used for preparation of poly[1-methyl-3-(pyrrol-1-ylmethyl)pyridinium] chloride films
