Using NMR Chemical Impurities Tables

These tables can support you in identifying and separating NMR signals of impurities that might originate from residual solvents or from your reaction apparatus. Here we present the NMR shifts of the most commonly used solvents and impurities in organic synthesis measured in the 7 most frequently used deuterated solvents. Please note that the values given in the tables are temperature- and partly concentration-dependent and therefore represent average values only. The ¹H-NMR data were obtained using a 300 MHz spectrometer, the ¹³C-NMR data using 75 MHz.
