Tripartite motif containing 66 (TRIM66) or transcription intermediate factor 1δ is part of the tripartite motif (TRIM)-containing protein family. It has a plant homeodomain (PHD) along with a bromodomain at the carboxy terminal.

应用

The Human Protein Atlas project can be subdivided into three efforts: Human Tissue Atlas, Cancer Atlas, and Human Cell Atlas. 生化/生理作用

Tripartite motif containing 66 (TRIM66) overexpression has been linked to osteosarcoma and lung cancer. Knockdown of the protein has been shown to inhibit cell growth in hepatocellular carcinoma.
