一般描述
拓扑异构酶 Ⅱα由位于人类染色体 17q21.2 上的 TOP2A 基因编码。通过在复制、重组和转录过程中可逆地断裂 DNA 链,对控制 DNA 的拓扑状态至关重要。TOP2A 在细胞周期的 S 期晚期和 G2/M 期表达增加,有丝分裂后表达减少。TOP2A 的多态性引起染色体不稳定和肿瘤发生。TOP2A 在乳腺癌、卵巢癌和前列腺癌等多种癌症类型中引起肿瘤增殖和侵袭性。
