生化/生理作用
噻苯唑在线粒体蠕虫特异性酶级别抑制无氧呼吸。在 空肠弯曲菌 和 幽门螺杆菌 中作为一种醌醇富马酸还原酶 (QFR) 抑制剂,阻断醌氧化为醌。噻苯达唑抑制虫卵和幼虫的产生,并可能抑制随粪便排出的虫卵和幼虫的后续发育 。噻苯达唑的一种生物转化途径是 CYP1A2 催化的羟基化反应,生成 5-羟基噻苯达唑,后者被代谢为葡糖苷酸和硫酸盐结合物 。
