Biochem/physiol Actions
牛磺酸主要存在于视网膜和心脏,也存在于脑、肠、骨骼肌和肾中。牛磺酸可以调节细胞内钙浓度,防止缺血再灌注损伤并具有降血压特性。牛磺酸还在胆汁形成和脂肪消化中发挥作用。牛磺酸缺乏与焦虑、多动、癫痫和抑郁有关。
