Application
TMB是辣根过氧化物酶的底物。其可形成可溶性蓝色终产物,并可在370nm或655nm下读数。可以用0.5M H2SO4停止TMB反应(产生黄色溶液),并在450nm处读取数值。推荐用于ELISA(微孔)分析,不建议用于膜应用。
通过将测量的底物吸收值超过吸收最大值,3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺已在研究中用于证明,任何免疫酶测定的测量范围都可以被显著延长,而又不损害测定特征。3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺也已用于研究中,以了解具有过氧化物酶样活性的CuS凹面上层结构的形成。
