Biochem/physiol Actions

Nα-对甲苯磺酰-L-赖氨酸氯甲基酮盐酸盐(TLCK)抑制脂多糖(LPS)或细胞因子诱导的核因子κB (NF-κB)活化,从而抑制诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和环氧合酶(COX-2)的转录激活。它可抑制所有有丝分裂原诱导的pp70s6k激活。还可通过抑制某些细胞株中和刺激下发生的胱天蛋白酶过程而抑制细胞株凋亡。
