General description
IL-4是一种多效细胞因子，其可调节多种T细胞和B细胞反应，包括细胞增殖、存活和基因表达。IL-4由肥大细胞、T细胞和骨髓基质细胞产生，可调节初始CD4+ T细胞向辅助Th2细胞的分化，该过程可通过细胞因子分泌谱进行表征，包括IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-10和IL-13的分泌，其可用于体液免疫应答。IL-4的另一个主要功能是调节免疫球蛋白类别转换为IgG1和IgE同种型。Th2细胞过量产生IL-4与IgE产生和过敏增加有关。重组人IL-4是一种含有129个氨基酸残基的14.9kDa球状蛋白质。

Preparation Note
