单克隆抗肌球蛋白(骨骼肌,慢肌)(小鼠IgG1同种型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和BALB / c小鼠脾细胞融合产生的NOQ7.5.4D杂交瘤。肌球蛋白是一种六聚体蛋白,包含两个重链亚基和四个轻链亚基。它是心脏和骨骼肌的主要蛋白质成分。肌肉肌球蛋白重链(MHC)的不同同种型根据肌肉的生理功能进行表达:骨骼、心脏、平滑和非肌肉。

应用

小鼠生产的单克隆抗肌球蛋白(骨骼肌,慢肌)抗体已被用于免疫印迹、免疫组织学、固相放射免疫测定(RIA)、酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)和免疫电镜检查。

生化/生理作用

肌球蛋白是肌动蛋白依赖性马达。肌球蛋白基因突变与肌病、失明和听力损失有关。它们参与肌肉收缩、视觉、听觉、细胞运动和细胞侵袭。
肌球蛋白负责心脏和骨骼肌的能量传导和力量发展(force development)。现已确知肌球蛋白可与肌肉和非肌肉细胞中的肌动蛋白相互作用。慢肌球蛋白,也称β-肌球蛋白重链(β-MHC),在胚胎发生过程中表达,它是心脏生肌程序(cardiac myogenic program)的一部分,受到NK-2同源框蛋白5(NKX-2.5)、肌细胞增强因子2C(MEF- 2C)和GATA-4 / 5/6的控制。
